Governance
General Committee
All of the members of CEDAR are incorporated into the General Committee of the organization. At present, the General Committee comprises of 29 members. This body is responsible to elect an Executive Committee for 2 consecutive years through holding a General Meeting. It also approves the Annual Report, Yearly Financial Report and Audit Report as well.
Executive Committee
The Executive Board of the organization is called the Executive Committee (EC) as defined in its approved constitution, which comprises of nine members and is elected for two consecutive years by the direct vote of the general members of the General Committee (GC). This EC is the supreme authority to implement any program to be undertaken by the organization. The designations of the members of EC are President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Research and Publication Secretary and 3 Executive Members. The General Secretary, in all respects, is considered as the spokesman of the organization.
